WORLD CARD MAKING DAY Make a card/Share a card

Hello Stampers,

My excitement for today started earlier this week.  It’s raining in Menomonie and I am happily in my craft room making cards and getting kits ready for our card buffet on Tuesday.  I freshened up the kits from the last buffet as many of you did not get a chance to work on them.  And, if you did maybe you want to make another with a new sentiment so I’ll bring plenty of those.   We’ll have one table just for that favorite of mine “PAINTED HARVEST”.  The stamps are beginning to wear out because I use it so often.   The cards will be set at  different levels of stamping so you can move progressively around the big table.  I will help coordinate the  sharing  of a single stamp set which will be an interesting experience for everyone.  Here are some of the  choices from that set inspired by Mary Fish….then of course there is always extra paper and matching ink colors to make your own design.

Same stamp set different colors, different seasons and different sentiments.  Use of the new leaf punch for that adorable wreath can switch to a Christmas wreath by easily changing colors.  Come try your hand at double stamping and see how beautiful the berry burst color brightens the  day – it does mine just working with it.  The crinkled seam binding ribbon adds the perfect soft touch in matching colors.  I’ll bring some peekaboo peach along if you want to make a fall colored card.

SPECIAL DEALS:  Remember the special from Stampin’up from October 1 to October 10th to celebrate this day – see my website :  15% off Notecards & Envelopes and select stamp sets

AND   my special discount for you of 20% OFF anything from the Painted Harvest Suite if you order directly through me – NOT ON MY WEBSITE.

Bring your World Card Making Day creations to the buffet and share them with all of us.  In Stampin’Up it’s all about CASECopy and Share Everything – that’s how we all get NEW ideas.

These cute slider cards that I made for my favorite children’s store:  Prince and Princesses put a smile on my face…the stamp set was a free one from Stampin’up Sale-a-Bration last year.

Thanks to those of you who subscribed to my blog   Hope to see you all on Tuesday.  So glad you stopped by on this rainy day!

HaPpY Stampin’!
